24. One Lone Headlight
Sometimes the most confusing items aren’t dangerous, just inexplicable. A traveler asked the @AskTSA Twitter account if they could carry on a single car headlight, and to everyone’s surprise, the answer was yes.
While it’s an odd choice for a carry-on, a headlight doesn’t pose a threat to the aircraft. As long as it fits in the overhead bin, your automotive parts are clear for takeoff.
