25. The Bear Spray Mistake
Bear spray is a high-pressure canister of irritant that is strictly prohibited from the cabin. One traveler apparently forgot they had a canister in their carry-on, leading to a quick intervention by TSA.
While you can check mace products in your luggage, they must be small (under 4 ounces) and contain a low concentration of active ingredients. Bringing a full-sized bear spray canister into a pressurized plane is a recipe for a disaster.
