Julius Koch from the German Empire stood 8 ft 1 in and had his skeleton preserved in a Belgian museum. Born in the 1870s, he died at age 30 in 1902 due to gigantism complications.
Koch never held the world tallest title because of overlap with John Rogan, but his preserved remains provide valuable medical insight even today.
