The Day’s Catch
Hammerhead sharks are known as aggressive sharks that inhabit warm seas. They have been known to come into contact with humans and often attack when they feel threatened. This drone photo was taken at a beach in Panama City, Florida, capturing the moment a woman was unaware of a shark nearby.
The shark’s approach creates a sense of tension for the viewer. It’s not hard to imagine how terrified this woman must have been, and how worried the people around her were. Without the drone, it would have been difficult to safely record this dangerous encounter.
