Not necessarily boring but foodservice honestly can be easy to move up, been in it 3 years and was hired on as a GM at another company been here 3 years now and honestly feel pretty stable for now in the industry because there’s no shortage of food jobs. Just have to pay attention and research where you’re gonna go before going and it pays off sometimes.
