#6 A Bryozoan Colony Off Western Australia
This is Selenaria cognata, a bryozoan colony off Western Australia, and those “tiny screaming faces” are actually zooids about half a millimeter long. Each one pops out a lophophore, basically a delicate crown of tentacles, to sweep plankton out of the current.
