In a supermarket that comes to life after hours, brand mascots like Dex Dogtective (Charlie Sheen) and Daredevil Dan battle the evil Brand X forces led by a villainous product trying to take over the shelves, in a chaotic animated adventure full of product placement.
This CGI disaster is slammed for its hideous animation that looks like early 2000s video game cutscenes gone wrong, nonsensical plot heavy on dated pop culture references, and creepy character designs (especially the sexualized ones). Voice acting feels phoned-in despite big names, with endless unfunny puns, forced product plugs, and production hell stories making it legendary. It’s painful to watch seriously but hilarious in its failure, often called one of the worst animated films ever for wasting millions and talent on ego-driven nonsense. Many viewers bail early due to the assault on the senses.
