Nate Cooper obsessively pursues Cristabel, the most beautiful woman in Los Angeles, but must first win over her repulsive, hygiene-challenged best friend “Nottie” to get close, leading to gross-out comedy and unexpected lessons in inner beauty.
The film is eviscerated for its shallow premise, offensive “ugly girl” trope played for laughs with exaggerated makeup and gross gags, and Paris Hilton’s wooden performance.
