Belgian Malinois

The Belgian Malinois, originating from Belgium, is renowned for its high intelligence, energy, and exceptional working ability. Often mistaken for German Shepherds, their speed, agility, and focus make them standouts in police forces, the military, and the security sector.

However, they possess a strong protective instinct, which can easily turn into aggressive behavior towards unfamiliar animals or children.

With a bite force of 195 PSI, they must be respected and handled with care. Despite their appealing appearance, Belgian Malinois are not suitable for first-time dog owners. They require experienced owners and a stable, structured environment to reach their full potential. It’s no wonder the military chooses them—they are intelligent, brave, and driven, but definitely not a casual family pet.
