As time passed, Marcus, with the help of his team and Mrs. Thompson, guided Lola through her labor. They knew her belly was extra-large, but there was a reason for it. When Lola gave birth, Marcus counted a whopping twelve puppies! It was a rare sight, even for this seasoned veterinarian. In the normal hustle and bustle of the vet clinic, this was out of the ordinary. But upon closer inspection, Marcus discovered something even more astonishing.
