Like deli meats, these are loaded with sodium, unhealthy fats, and preservatives. Sadly, this increases your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and certain cancers. It’s tempting to reach for these meats time and again because they’re convenient and tasty, but we should be doing the opposite.
