It’s no surprise that candy ranks here. We all get those sugar cravings, but it’s pretty clear that candy isn’t good for you. It has practically zero nutritional value. Candy is loaded with refined sugar and empty calories, which can lead to health problems like weight gain, diabetes, and heart disease. Overdoing it on sugar also raises your risk of blood sugar spikes and metabolic issues.
