When you’re in a rush and need a quick snack, it’s surprisingly easy to reach for an energy bar. To be fair, energy bars are marketed as nutritious on-the-go snacks. But just because they keep you full for a while doesn’t necessarily mean they’re good for you. Lots of store-bought energy bars are packed with additives, unhealthy fats, and artificial ingredients, which can do more harm than good.
