Cereal: it’s one of the quickest and easiest breakfast options going. But just because it’s easy doesn’t mean it’s necessarily good for you. A lot of cereals don’t actually offer much in the way of nutritional benefits. Loads of ’em are packed with sugar – sometimes as much as a dessert – which kinda defeats the whole point of a nutritious breakfast. If you’re gonna go for cereal, try and find a healthier option made with whole grains and with as little added sugar as possible.
