36. Me not knowing my times tables past 6×6
“6×6 is 36, plus 6”
“6 is made up of a 4 and a 2”
“6 plus 4 is 10, so now the total is 40, plus that 2 is 42”
I’ve been doing this for so long that you’d think I’d know by now that 6×7 is 42. But no.
I can literally do some Algebra II equations in my head- no problem, but still don’t know my times tables.
