Into a Frenzy
Everybody was thrown into a frenzy, and Oscar demanded that the expert explain why he had screamed. However, the man didn’t answer, and instead said that he needed to call for backup immediately. Of course, this scared the family, especially Lily, who was still in the room. Both parents wanted to know what was going on, and, finally, the expert seemed ready to tell them the truth. They were impatient, but also anxious to know.
The expert looked at Lily as he tried to choose his words, clearly debating how best to explain to Hilly and Oscar what was going on in their house. He could hardly get the words out.
