More Tests
Lily would need an entire bag of Oscar’s blood, which would be no easy feat to extract. But before that, they needed to test his blood to make sure it was compatible with hers. If their blood types were different, the transfusion wouldn’t work, and Lily would still be at high risk. Oscar allowed them to take more of his blood for testing, and, thankfully, their blood types were a confirmed match.
Oscar breathed a sigh of relief, though he knew it wasn’t over yet. But he was determined to do whatever it took to save his daughter, and that sense of hope helped him stay strong.
