Rachel McAdams (“The Notebook”, 2004)

Rachel Anne McAdams, born on November 17, 1978, is a Canadian actress. After graduating from school, she embarked on a career in Canadian film and television production. She made her Hollywood debut in 2003 with the comedy “Mean Girls,” but rose to fame in 2004 thanks to her outstanding performance in the romantic drama “The Notebook.”

The film “The Notebook,” based on the novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks, was a major success. She starred alongside Ryan Gosling in it. Her role as Allie Hamilton in the forbidden love story garnered considerable praise from audiences and earned her numerous awards and nominations.
