“Fine Dining”


You may have packed your finest attire dreaming of elegant Titanic-style dinners, but most cruise dining experiences lean more Applebee’s than aristocracy. Sure, there are designated formal nights with multi-course meals, but they’re the exception.

Most dinners are loud, crowded affairs with families, chatter, and casual wear. The food can be good—just not five-star. And if you’re seated in the main dining room, don’t be surprised if you end up making small talk with strangers.
