35. Husband’s close family friend told us less than 24 hours before our wedding that she had to “help her mom clean her house and run an errand” like we were just throwing some random party that day.
Also, we had a couple RSVP and then cancel because they “didn’t realize kids weren’t invited.”
They were polite about it and apologized but 1) website and invitation said “adults only celebration” 2) invitation was addressed only to the adults 3) the website RSVP only allowed them to RSVP for their 2 adult names and pick 2 entrees.
